Thank you Lord for vision. For allowing me to see the vision that you have for my life.

This four week stint with UPECON HPDP is a dream come true.  This is why I became a doctor; this is the glimpse into the future. To do research and grassroots based work that will contribute to the progress of health delivery in the Philippines. That is all I want to do with my career. Period.

(syempre may prerequisites yan, like getting influence by becoming an IM consultant, but these things come)

I thank God for these glimpses:

The Bukidnon social health insurance system and blood bank

Seeing that Political Will has POWER. (e.g. Governor Moreno)

Seeing budget officers streamline the budgeting process so that there would be less overcharging, faster transactions and greater return of investment to the government. 

No balance billing is possible. with political will and a social health insurance system in place.
